Gotchy ("เรา") ให้ความสำคัญกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้ทำอะไร และคุณมีสิทธิ์อะไรบ้าง
1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
- ชื่อและอีเมล (ตอนสมัครสมาชิก)
- ข้อมูลของสะสมที่คุณบันทึกในแอป (ชื่อ, รายละเอียด, ราคา, รูปภาพ)
- ข้อมูลการใช้งานแอปโดยรวม (ไม่ระบุตัวตน)
2. วิธีที่เราใช้ข้อมูล
- ให้บริการและปรับปรุง Gotchy
- ส่งอีเมลยืนยันบัญชีและแจ้งข่าวสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการ
- ดูแลความปลอดภัยของบัญชีคุณ
3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลที่สาม
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลของคุณ เราใช้บริการของ Google Firebase สำหรับ authentication และจัดเก็บข้อมูล และผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินสำหรับ Pro plan โดยผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้มีนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของตัวเอง
4. สิทธิ์ของคุณ (PDPA)

5. การลบบัญชี
คุณสามารถลบบัญชีได้จากในแอป เมื่อลบแล้วข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกลบออกจากระบบภายใน 30 วัน
6. คุกกี้
เราใช้คุกกี้เพื่อรักษาสถานะการเข้าสู่ระบบเท่านั้น ไม่มีการใช้คุกกี้เพื่อโฆษณา

- Name and email address (at registration)
- Collection data you enter in the app (names, details, prices, photos)
- Aggregated, anonymized usage data
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve Gotchy
- To send account verification emails and service-related notifications
- To maintain account security
3. Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We use Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, and a third-party payment provider for Pro plan subscriptions. Each has their own privacy policy.
4. Your Rights (PDPA / GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data at any time by contacting hello@gotchy.app.
5. Account Deletion
You can delete your account from within the app. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use cookies solely to maintain login sessions. No advertising cookies are used.
