ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ

1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด
การใช้ Gotchy (app.gotchy.app) ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาหยุดใช้บริการ
2. บริการที่ให้
Gotchy คือแอปจัดการของสะสมส่วนบุคคล เราให้บริการทั้งแบบฟรีและแบบ Pro ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปรับเปลี่ยนหรือยกเลิกฟีเจอร์ได้โดยแจ้งล่วงหน้า
3. บัญชีผู้ใช้
คุณรับผิดชอบต่อความปลอดภัยของบัญชีและรหัสผ่านของตัวเอง ห้ามแชร์บัญชีกับผู้อื่น
4. Pro Plan และการชำระเงิน
- Pro plan ชำระเป็นรายปีผ่านผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินที่เราใช้
- ไม่มีการคืนเงินสำหรับรอบบิลที่ผ่านไปแล้ว
- คุณสามารถยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อ และจะยังใช้ Pro ได้จนครบรอบบิล
5. สิ่งที่ห้ามทำ
- ใช้บริการในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย
- พยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้ใช้รายอื่น
- ใช้ bot หรือ script เพื่อ scrape ข้อมูล
6. เนื้อหาของคุณ
ข้อมูลของสะสมที่คุณบันทึกเป็นของคุณ เราไม่อ้างสิทธิ์ในเนื้อหาของคุณ
7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการ บริการนี้ให้ "as is" โดยไม่มีการรับประกัน
8. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย

1. Acceptance
By using Gotchy (app.gotchy.app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. The Service
Gotchy is a personal collection management app. We offer both free and Pro (paid) tiers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for your account security and password. Do not share your account with others.
4. Pro Plan and Payments
- Pro plan is billed annually through our payment provider.
- No refunds are issued for billing periods already processed.
- You may cancel at any time and will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempting to access other users' data
- Using bots or scripts to scrape data
6. Your Content
Collection data you enter belongs to you. We make no claim of ownership over your content.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
